PawPal – Pet Care Web App
PawPal is a web application designed to help pet owners manage their pets’ daily care, health activities, reminders, and appointments in one place. The goal was to create a simple, friendly, and intuitive platform that reduces the stress of managing multiple tasks while improving the overall pet-care experience.
The Challenge: Pet owners often struggle to track vet visits, vaccinations, medications, grooming schedules, and daily activities. Most tools available were either complex, outdated, or not mobile-friendly. PawPal needed: A clear and modern interface Easy day-to-day tracking Quick access to reminders & records A design system flexible enough for future features
My Role: Lead UX/UI Designer (End-to-End Design & Prototype) Defined user flows, IA, and core product structure Designed all web screens (dashboard, reminders, health records, activities, appointments) Built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype Created the visual style, icons, components, and UI patterns Conducted quick usability validations and iterations Delivered a complete design package for developers
